GIOVANNI Pernice has fled the UK and checked into an incredible holiday apartment with his girlfriend Molly Brown.
The professional dancer, 33, and Molly jetted abroad as news broke about his exit from Strictly Come Dancing.
Molly has now given fans a glimpse at their luxury bolthole, which will be setting them back a hefty sum each night.
The couple’s holiday pad is sleek and modern and features an incredible infinity pool with far reaching sea views.
Molly shared a short video of their accommodation on Instagram and accompanied it with an upbeat tune, despite the current glare that is on her boyfriend.
Ladies’ man Giovanni has enjoyed a whirlwind romance with model Molly since getting together with her in February.
The Sun exclusively revealed today that Giovanni has quietly left the BBC show after a number of allegations from celebrities.
Strictly bosses have shared a document internally with staff showing the professional dancers hired for the 2024 show – and Gio’s name is not on it.
The Italian dancer came under intense scrutiny last year when his celebrity partner Amanda Abbington quit. She later said she had mild PTSD from her time on the show.
Claims from other celeb partners – Laura Whitmore and Ranvir Singh – then surfaced.
Giovanni denies any wrongdoing and recently defended his training methods.
But he has now told pals he is looking for new TV opportunities and his “chance to shine” elsewhere.
A source told The Sun: “Gio feels the scrutiny on him has become too much, and now is the time to make a fresh start.
“He wants to focus on other TV projects, and feels he’s achieved all he can on Strictly, having won the trophy back in 2021 and reaching the final an unprecedented four times.
“He remains adamant he’s done nothing wrong other than being a hard taskmaster, but knows his style of training isn’t to everyone’s liking — especially in this day and age.
“He has a lot of other exciting projects in the pipeline right now, and he’s just super-excited to get cracking on them. This, now, is his priority.”
When asked about Giovanni’s decision to leave, a BBC spokesman said: “The Professional Dancers for Strictly Come Dancing 2024 will be announced in due course.”
