Bellator Paris live blog: Cedric Doumbe vs. Jaleel Willis

This is the Bellator Paris live blog for Cédric Doumbé vs. Jaleel Willis, the 175-pound catchweight co-main event for Friday’s fight card at the Accor Arena in Paris, France.

Doumbé, who has become one of PFL’s rising stars, looks to get back in the win column in his first Bellator appearance. In his most recent outing, the former GLORY Kickboxing champion suffered a controversial TKO loss to Baysangur Chamsoudinov in the main event of PFL Paris in March. Prior to that, Doumbé finished all five of his MMA opponents inside of two rounds.

Willis, a former LFA champion and seven-fight Bellator veteran, hopes to pull off a massive upset and get back on track after getting stopped in 84 seconds in his most recent bout by Ramazan Kuramagomedov, and getting finished in three of his past four. Willis did enter his December 2022 fight against Kyle Crutchmer as a +200 underdog, but was able to pull out a decision win at Bellator 289.
