FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Good Friday Evening,
It has been a slightly cooler than normal day today with rain showers around the area again. We will continue to see less rain showers and storms through the evening hours tonight with activity tapering down after sunset. Overnight tonight, skies will start to clear a bit, with patchy fog developing late tonight into the morning with lows in the lower 60s to upper 50s.
Saturday expect the fog to lift quickly in the morning with a mix of sun and clouds, with a few isolated pop-up t-showers by mid afternoon, with highs in the lower 80s. Pop-ups will fade by the evening on Saturday with clearing skies overnight. Sunday will be a brighter, and warmer day with highs in the middle 80s.
To start the work week off, we will have sunny skies on Monday with highs into the middle to upper 80s. Sunshine will continue into Tuesday with a few more clouds returning, especially later in the day, with temps soaring into the upper 80s. Our next cold front will approach for Wednesday, with rain and storms likely, especially for the 2nd half of the day with highs in the lower 80s.
Rain showers will taper off Thursday morning behind the front, with temps recovering back to the lower 70s. We will continue to slowly clear on Friday, with a cooler than normal day, with highs closer to 70.
