SRH Captain Pat Cummins Win Hearts, Plays Cricket With School Kids In Hyderabad – WATCH
Hyderabad: Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper Pat Cummins is winning matches on the field and hearts off the field. In a heartwarming video, the Australian was seen playing cricket with the kids from a government school in Hyderabad. Notably, SRH have officially qualified for the IPL 2024 playoffs after their game against Gujarat Titans in Hyderabad was abandoned earlier in the week due to rain.
Hence, this gave Cummins a lot of spare time as he chose to spend his final days in India trying to set an example and inspire the younger generation to stay grounded even when they find the ultimate success in life. Cummins’ gesture is getting a lot of appreciation from the netizens.
In the viral video, Cummins was caught facing a delivery by a kid, as they enjoyed the Australian World Cup-winning captain’s presence amongst themselves. He also bowled a few deliveries to them. The personal interaction proved to be very beneficial for the kids as they got valuable lessons and memories that will be going to stay with them for a very long time in the upcoming future.
