NYC liquor store owner faces 7 years in prison for shooting would-be robber who attacked him as group rallies to drop charges

Francisco Valerio, 53, of Brooklyn, faces up to seven years in prison for shooting Kevin Pullatasi, a 20-year-old would-be robber who Valerio was trying to pistol whip during a fight, the DA said.
