Louisville police post Scottie Scheffler arrest footage... but it doesn't show golf star 'dragging a detective down the street'

Scheffler was arrested in the early hours last Friday (May 17) as he arrived for his second round at the PGA Championship in Kentucky after being accused of failing to stop for police.
