Guirassy boasts of an extraordinary goals-to-games ratio across the 2023-24 season and with the centre-forward having a release clause of just £15m, it is unsurprising that his future has been the subject of much speculation over recent weeks.
Tottenham are one of the clubs thought to be eyeing a move for the centre-forward, with GiveMeSport claiming last week that Ange Postecoglou had given the club the green light to sign the Guinea international.
It was explained that the 28-year-old is particularly attractive to Spurs because of his low release clause, with the North London club’s other striker targets expected to cost more than twice as much.

Guirassy has also been linked with various other sides across Europe but it was Romano who first revealed on Daily Briefing last week that Dortmund had made contact with the player’s entourage.
The journalist has now taken to X to give an update on the Stuttgart striker’s future, revealing that the German club are now ‘pushing to advance talks’ to land the number nine.
Romano asserted that the Champions League finalists are one of ‘several clubs’ ready to trigger Guirassy’s clause, with the Bundesliga giants allegedly identifying him as ‘one of their priority targets’ this summer.

Tottenham’s chances of landing the Stuttgart star are relatively slim as the striker will likely have more than a dozen potential suitors to choose from. So I highly doubt the North London club will put all their eggs in the Guirassy basket this summer.
