Recognising Palestinian state is 'justice' for Palestinians: Spain

Recognising the State of Palestine "is justice for the Palestinian people (and) the best guarantee of security for Israel," Spain's foreign minister José Manuel Albares said Sunday alongside Palestinian prime minister Mohammed Mustafa.
