Construction begins on new CDTA mobility hub in Troy

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Construction began Monday on the CDTA's new mobility hub in Troy. It will be located at the corner of Fourth and Liberty Streets.

Mobility hubs allow riders to transfer to different bus routes and access car and bike share services. The existing bus stop at Fourth and Liberty is still available during construction. It will be moved to the mobility hub once the work is finished at the end of July.

Another hub will be built on South Manning Boulevard outside St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. The first mobility hub in the Capital Region is located in Schenectady and was completed in November 2023.
