Land added to Albany Pine Bush Preserve

GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A section of protected land has officially been handed over to the Albany Pine Bush Preserve. Crossgates Mall said they have finalized the donation of about seven acres next to the mall.

The land is home to a number of rare and endangered wildlife species. Crossgates officials plan to open Pine Bush related exhibits inside and outside the mall to teach shoppers about the importance of conservation.
