Latham woman pleads guilty to child sexual exploitation
LATHAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Latham woman pleaded guilty to child sexual exploitation on Monday. Kristy Koldis, 46, faces 15 years in jail when she is sentenced.
According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), Koldis admitted to creating sexually explicit content depicting a victim, from the time they were 9 years old until they were about 13 years old and distributed the files to Joshua White.
According to the DOJ, White pleaded guilty to distribution and possession of child sexual abuse images on December 11, 2023. Koldis will be sentenced on October 3, and must register as a sex offender after her release from prison.
