Bianca Censori has ‘unhealthy’ need to be ‘most naked celeb’ & compete with Kim, says psychologist: ‘Therapy could help’
A psychotherapist has urged Bianca Censori to seek treatment in the wake of her latest nearly-naked fashion stunts.
She claimed the model’s extreme outfits have afforded her “outlier” status on the celebrity circuit and insisted the Aussie “revise” how she views herself using therapy.
On Saturday, Bianca, 29, was seen dressed in a sliver of material shaped into a thong bodysuit.
She walked into a business meeting in Italy holding a notebook.
The model’s minuscule one-piece showed off her bare legs, naked thighs, and torso.
Bianca flaunted her sideboob.
A year ago, Bianca’s extended Italian vacation saw her debut some of her raunchiest looks.
She paraded see-through pastel-colored bodysuits and transparent tights as she walked with her new husband, Kanye West, 45.
Licensed Psychotherapist Dr. Marni Feuerman said Bianca’s wardrobe decisions had become “more extreme.”
These days, the Yeezy architectural lead rarely wears a bra or underwear.
She was pantless in her Porsche last week when she drove out of Chateaux Marmont the previous week.
“Bianca has probably become the most naked celebrity because we see it every time she comes out,” Feuerman told The U.S. Sun.
“We certainly see an outlier here among Hollywood stars who do not wear much either.
“She is in one of the more extreme circumstances.
“This is probably not driven by a healthy and balanced sense of self, particularly with how far Bianca has taken it in these circumstances.”
Bianca relocated to Los Angeles from Australia and married Kanye in 2022 in secret.
The music producer had divorced Kim Kardashian, 43, in 2021. The pair shared custody of their four kids.
Bianca left a job in design in Melbourne and a tight-knit social circle, including her friends and family.
She became the center of attention in Hollywood, mainly through fashion stunts and PDA-packed outings.
HEALTHY PLACE
Feuerman claimed Bianca joined the Los Angeles showbiz scene with a “bang.”
“Bianca arrived from a different country and was in a new territory at first,” she said
“She was in this new situation and came into Los Angeles with a bang.
“Over the next 18 months, Bianca said, ‘I’m here, I’m here, notice me.’
“This could have been to divert the attention from Kanye’s exes, and she succeeded.
Therapy would help Bianca feel good about herself no matter what.

“But it is not coming from the healthiest place and is Bianca’s unhealthy internalized view of herself.
“Therapy could help Bianca revise some of that so that she feels a little differently.
“She must feel confident regardless of what she wears.
“Therapy would help Bianca feel good about herself no matter what.”
The first time Bianca was photographed with Kanye was when they ate quietly in Beverley Hills in 2023.
From there, fans heard Bianca speak once at a clothing store on Melrose Place.
Feuerman suggested Bianca’s happiness seemed “fleeting.”
“I would be a little skeptical of saying she was feeling truly happy,” she said.
Bianca may have the fleeting feeling of being happy or good when these things are out there.

“When people are happy, they are comfortable with themselves.
“Any satisfaction from the naked style would be fleeting.
“Bianca may have the fleeting feeling of being happy or good when these things are out there.”
Other Hollywood stars are known to have attempted similar, nearly naked-style stunts.
These include Kanye’s exes, Julia Fox, and his former wife, Hulu star Kim.
Stylist Tavia Sharp told The U.S. Sun in March that Kanye had been influencing his partners.
She claimed since Bianca married the rapper, Julia’s style switch-ups had kept the controversial couple “on their toes.”
“Julia switches her fashion up and reinvents her looks and outfits,” she said.
The outfits may arise from feeling jealous or threatened by other celebrities.

Sharp suggested Kanye had influenced Julia’s wardrobe while dating her in 2022.
“With fashion, Julia took Kanye’s direction, so now Bianca is taking it from both of them,” she added.

Feuerman however, cited jealousy as a potential factor in Bianca’s fashion decision-making.
“In the celebrity world, what usually happens with these nearly-naked styles is that any attention is reinforced,” she said.
“The outfits may arise from feeling jealous or threatened by other celebrities.
“This happens more often in a highly competitive environment like Los Angeles.
“Bianca could feel as if she is getting noticed, which can reinforce her and help her feel relevant.

“When we think of Kanye’s ex, Kim, she is known worldwide as a stunningly beautiful woman.
“This could have brought up some potential jealous feelings in Bianca.
“The Kardashians do get a tremendous amount of attention.
“If the naked looks come from a place of low self-esteem or self-worth, Bianca could feel like her value is strictly objective.
“Bianca thinks the value is in her assets and her appearance.
“This is as opposed to intelligence or work ethic.
“Bianca could have internalized all those feelings, which is what her value is.
“A lot of Hollywood stars are like this, but Bianca might be more extreme.”
Kanye is usually photographed walking close to his now-world-famous wife.
While he tends to cover up in black or white, sometimes he obscures his face and eyes.
In January, Kanye began sharing images of Bianca posing in suggestive outfits at Chateau Marmont.

“Kanye could also be reinforcing Bianca and her efforts,” added Feuerman, of The Talking Solution Psychotherapy.
“He could be validating her for what she is doing.
“Most other people or men would probably not want their partner to be getting the attraction and all this attention.
“Sometimes, we might see a sudden shift in this pattern with no rhyme or reason.
“So, someone may act a certain way or start doing more extreme things, and it changes.
“Sometimes people use their clothes or lack thereof to gain attention.
“In this instance, it appears to be about a combination of things such as jealousy, self-esteem, getting noticed, and being admired.”
