Perry Square Alliance Partners with Erie Insurance to Beautify Downtown Erie

On Tuesday, flowers were planted and hanging flower baskets were placed along State Street from 4th to 8th streets. Along with the flowers the volunteers also did some spring cleaning in and around Perry Square.
