Flo Milli Stars in Foot Locker’s Latest ‘Start With Sneakers’ Campaign

Foot Locker launched a social campaign showcasing fashion-forward, Gen-Z-inspired sneakers. Titled “Start with Sneakers,” the campaign stars chart-topping rapper and twice nominated BET “Best New Artist” Flo Milli, who can be seen in the ad modeling a range of sneakers-inspired New Balance outfits.

“Start with Sneakers” is a newer initiative from the company aimed at authentically connecting with women through trend-forward content that redefines sneaker culture through a social-first, consumer-centric approach.

This “Start with Sneakers” campaign continues Foot Locker’s expansion of its women’s business through talent integrations, on-trend product assortments, and in-person activations throughout 2024. It follows the recent success of Flo Milli’s highly anticipated third studio album and country-wide tour.

Chosen for her charisma and connection with Gen Z audiences, the rapper appears in the campaign standing in the mirror modeling the signature Foot Locker stripes. Showcasing multiple outfits that take inspiration from the TikTok and Instagram trends that resonate with women consumers, she battles with the age-old dilemma of having everything in her closet, yet somehow also nothing to wear.

The rapper then turns to her inner “Striper” for advice, who tells her to style her outfit starting from the sneakers, up. She then winds up with a full outfit courtesy of Foot Locker.
