Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb absent from mandatory minicamp

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb missed the start of a mandatory minicamp on Tuesday as he seeks a contract extension.

Head coach Mike McCarthy confirmed the absence of Lamb, who also skipped voluntary OTAs last month.

Lamb, 25, is due to earn $17.99 million in 2024 under his fifth-year option. That's a bargain-basement price for a player coming off a record-setting
