Family of Ricky Cobb II to ask Department of Justice investigate Minnesota State Patrol

Attorneys for the family of Ricky Cobb II, who died after being shot by a Minnesota State Patrol officer, said the DOJ's Civil Rights Division should look into what they allege to be thorough "under-training and non-training" by the Patrol.
