Emily Ratajkowski Unrecognizable While Filming New Netflix Series
Emily Ratajkowski was seen out in Brooklyn this week filming the upcoming Lena Dunham series Too Much, sporting a decidedly quirky look that's a far cry from her usual cleavage and skin-bearing outfits.
According to Netflix, which is producing the series, Too Much stars Megan Stalter (Hacks) as Jessica, a New Yorker who moves to London following a painful breakup, where she meets Felix (Will Sharpe, The White Lotus), a man with whom she builds a connection that surprises her, "but is impossible to ignore."
It's unclear who Ratajkowski plays in the 10-episode series, which began filming on Monday. But in paparazzi photos, the 32-year-old model can be seen with a chin-length cropped wig with bangs; a far cry from her typically long brunette locks. She was also wearing a pair of baggy knee-length drawstring jean shorts with a sheer black crop top under a fuzzy green layer.
The unconventional outfit was accessorized with a couple of gold chains, a pair of Oakley slip-on shoes, and a canvas tote from New York City-based McNally Jackson independent booksellers.
In other photos, Ratajkowski could be seen walking down the streets of Brooklyn, completely unrecognizable, with a pair of cat-eye style orange sunglasses, clutching an iced coffee.
In addition to Stalter, Sharpe, and Ratajkowski, the upcoming series also stars Richard E. Grant, Andrew Rannells, Rita Wilson, Stephen Fry, and Rhea Perlman, all in undisclosed roles.
Just days prior to filming, EmRata took to the streets of New York wearing a tiny bikini to promote her swimwear brand, Inamorata, which she first launched back in 2017. Suffice to say, it was a much more on-brand look for the stunner, who catapulted to fame more than a decade ago after being featured in Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" music video.
Netflix has not yet given a release date for Too Much, but fans can probably expect it to hit the streamer later this year or in early 2025.
