Golf Shop News – June 2024

 School is out and the golf course is in terrific condition. The 2-man Hutch Cup is nearing completion. We are down to the final four teams. Dennis Smith/Carl Stanley vs. Adam Bailey/Caleb Wilds. Tyler Wood/Tony Rojas vs. Brad Thigpen/Larry Thigpen. Check out the bracket results in front of the golf shop.

The Golf Shop Sales this month are on in-stock merchandise. Going on now is our Golf Glove Sale = Buy 3 Get 4th FREE, excludes the Titleist Players Gloves and while supplies last. The golf shop has near unbeatable pricing for our Brickyard Members. Regripping of your clubs is always on our services menu and we’ve added club repair to expand our member services. Huge savings on apparel in the golf shop & the Sale Racks are now at 60% OFF.

Moving into its 6th month, our Member Birthday Rewards Program is rolling along nicely. The program offers an additional 20% off the Brickyard Member Price to members during their birthday month. Applies to in stock merchandise only. Excludes price protected merchandise. Several new merchandise items will be arriving for the summer season.

We had our first Men’s Night Out last Wednesday. Boy did we have a great turnout of 80 men. We teed off at 6pm and played a 9-hole ABCD Scramble followed by dinner. Stay tuned for the date of our next MNO event.

• Course Closed: Saturday & Sunday
• Practice Facilities Open: 12pm-6:30pm for Club Members to practice both days.

June 11

Signups Begin for Hutch Cup Singles Match Play Events

• Divisions: “GROSS” Division & “NET” Division
• Format: Bracketed matches begin soon after full field is reached in each event. The event runs for several months.

June 11-14

The Brickyard Junior Golf Camp

• Dates: June 11-14
• Time: 8:30am-11am
• Cost: Club Members – $150, Non-Members – $175
• Includes: Golf instruction from Blair and Derek, camp tee shirt, rules of golf bag tags, daily refreshments, and more.
• Sign Up: Call or stop by the golf shop to register.

June 22 (4pm-7pm)

PGA Jr. League Match

• Teams: Brickyard Juniors vs. Southern Landings Juniors
• Match Details: 9-hole match playing only the Front 9 Holes. The Back 9 holes will be open for play after 4pm.

July 20-21

Member-Member Tournament

• Signups & Information: Coming soon.

Please remember to call or cancel your tee times online so that other club members may use them. Tee Times can be made 10 days out by either calling the golf shop or by reserving a tee time at our website. Please continue signing in at the golf shop before going onto the course. Lastly, check out the Brickyard website for information and utilize the member login tab. It allows you to make online tee times, view the tee sheets 10 days out and much more.
