The Oklahoma Sooners will play the Texas Longhorns in game 1 of the Women’s College World Series Championship on Wednesday night.

These have been the two best teams in college softball all season long, and it is only right that they meet in the championship. The Longhorns are looking to knock Oklahoma off their thrown as the Sooners have won three straight national titles.

Texas has a 55-8 record this year and beat Stanford and Standford on their way to the championship game. Oklahoma is 57-7, beating Duke, UCLA, and Florida on their way to the final stage.
