Belmont Stakes Racing Festival kicks off at Saratoga

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Excitement flooded the Saratoga Race Course for the first day of the four-day festival. Racing fans traveled from across the country to witness history.

George Valery, a racing fan from Massachusetts, telling NEWS10, "I said a year ago when they announced it, that we’d never miss it so here we are.”
