Mexican restaurant holds ribbon cutting in Rensselaer
Al Punto Picante, located at 1204 Washington Avenue in Rensselaer, opened about two months ago but had its ribbon cutting with the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce on Thursday. The restaurant is owned by Jenny Berrio and her partner Francisco.
Caffe Italia sets opening for Guilderland location
Caffe Italia Ristorante, which was a staple at 662 Central Avenue in Albany for more than 40 years, has announced the opening of its new location in Guilderland. The eatery is set to open at 2080 Western Avenue in Guilderland’s Hamilton Square on Friday, June 7.
Ted’s Fish Fry celebrating 75 years in July
Ted’s Fish Fry is turning 75 years old in July. To celebrate the milestone, the local seafood chain is having a “Tour De Ted’s” from July 8 to 14 and offering 75-cent fish fries.
