Ranking Member on Parliament 39;s Foreign Affairs Committee, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has lamented the hardships being suffered by Ghanaian students on scholarship abroad. This follows a recent protest by Ghanaian students on government scholarship in Morocco over the non-payment of stipends which has made life unbearable for them in the North African country.
