London Overground trains between Hackney Downs and Chingford have been suspended due to the points failure, causing major disruption for commuters this morning rush hour. The problem at Clapton is also causing severe delays between Hackney Downs and Cheshunt. National Rail says the disruption is expected to last until 9am.
