Celebrity make-up artist Anca Molnar dies aged 35 from brain tumour after tragically missing common symptom
A CELEBRITY make-up artist has died aged 35 from brain cancer after tragically missing a common symptom.
Anca Molnar passed away on Tuesday morning after suffering major headaches.
According to her close friend Alina Radi, influencer Anca had ignored a sign of the tumour for some time.
She often had headaches but initially disregarded them.
It was only when the pain became severe and they started affecting her daily life that she went to the doctor.
That’s when she was diagnosed with a brain tumour over a year ago.
Doctors in her native Romania said they couldn’t help her, so she went to Turkey, where she had brain surgery twice.
Alina told local media: “She had been experiencing excruciating headaches more frequently.
“Initially, she didn’t think much of them, because that’s how we are, but she found herself struggling to carry out her daily tasks consistently.
“So, she decided to go for a specialised check-up.
“She told me she had a brain tumour.”
Anca was from Timișoara and is survived by her husband Claudiu.
She will be laid to rest in her hometown today.
Shortly before her death, she shared a heartbreaking post with her tens of thousands of followers.
She wrote: “I came, I lived beautifully, and I left for another world.
“I fought as best as I could with all my strength.
“I leave you with gratitude for how beautiful my life was, and let my smile be a testament that I lived it to the fullest.
“I, Anca Molnar, have gone home. But from there, I will continue to watch over you always!
“Stay well and look for me among the stars. From time to time, I’ll wink at you!”
