Saratoga Springs man arrested on felony drug charges
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga Springs Police Department announced the arrest of a Saratoga man following a drug investigation. Michael Rosebrook, 38, is facing multiple charges.
Police received numerous complaints reporting possible illegal narcotics activity at a residence on the east side of the city. After being granted a warrant by the City Court of Saratoga Springs, investigators conducted a search at the building on June 12.
Rosebrook was taken into custody as a result of the search. He now faces the following charges:
- Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell
- Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance - possession of a half ounce or more of a narcotic drug
- Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
Rosebrook was arraigned at the City Court before being released. He is scheduled to return to court on June 18.
