Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray criticized the Election Commission of India for not releasing CCTV footage related to allegations of mobile phone usage by Mangesh Pandilkar, brother-in-law of winning candidate Ravindra Waikar, to unlock an EVM during counting in the Mumbai North West Lok Sabha seat.
