Journalist provides Federico Chiesa update amid Tottenham Hotspur links
Journalist Rudy Galetti has said that AS Roma have reached out to the representatives of rumoured Tottenham target, Federico Chiesa regarding a summer move to the Stadio Olimpico.
Spurs were linked to Chiesa in February
Back in Back in February, Football Transfers suggested that Tottenham are also keeping a close eye on Chiesa’s situation at Juventus since the winger’s contract at the Allianz Stadium only runs until 2025.
It now looks increasingly likely that the 26-year-old’s time at the Allianz Stadium will come to an end this summer, with Fabrizio Romano stating a couple of days ago that the Bianconeri are ready to listen to offers for the Italy international.
However, Romano suggested that a transfer is only likely to materialise after the Euros as the player is currently focused on doing well in the tournament for the Azzurri.
What next for Federico Chiesa?
Galetti has now reported something quite similar, stating that Chiesa’s future will be decided after the Euros.
Interestingly, the journalist explained the winger wants to remain at Juve but some ‘gaps had emerged’ when his entourage last met with the club’s hierarchy.
He adds that Roma have already reached out to the former Fiorentina man’s agent while Napoli are also keen on acquiring his services.

Given Chiesa’s contract situation, Juve would have to sell the attacker this summer if they are unable to agree a new deal with him.
One would expect a few sides to test the waters with offers for the winger over the next few weeks.
