Sri Lankan economy grows by 5.3 pct in Q1: official

COLOMBO, June 17 (Xinhua) -- Sri Lanka recorded an economic growth rate of 5.3 percent during the first quarter of 2024, State Minister of Finance Ranjith Siyambalapitiya said on Monday.
