1. Mechanicville police searching for missing woman
The Mechanicville Police Department is looking for Brittney Jaworski, 38, who had been reported missing. Jaworski was last seen on June 10 and is known to frequent Schuylerville, Mechanicville, Cohoes, and Albany.
2. 1 dead, 1 injured in Granville car crash
New York State Police report that at about 9:29 a.m. they responded to a one-car crash at the New Boston Road and Stoddard Road intersection in Granville. One person has been confirmed dead due to the crash, according to police.
3. Troy police investigating 10th Street shooting
The Troy Police Department is investigating a shooting on 10th Street near Eagle Street that left one man injured. Police said the shooting appeared to be part of a dispute and those involved know each other.
4. Albany spray pads ready for potential high temps
Eight of the eleven Albany spray pads are currently open. City officials say these attractions are community investments to promote a safe and cool season.
5. $150k winning Powerball ticket sold in Ballston Spa
A third-prize-winning Powerball Powerplay ticket for the June 15 drawing was sold in Ballston Spa, according to the New York Lottery. The ticket was worth $150,000.
