A cassava processing factory designed to refine raw cassava into finished products has been commissioned in Mampamhwe, within the Obuasi East district of the Ashanti Region. This facility, which will produce gari and other cassava-based products, was financed through the Assembly 39;s share of the District Assemblies Common Fund-Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG).
