Capital Region restaurant inspections: June 10-14

At the end of each week, the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) releases its list of food service establishment inspections for that week. The establishments include restaurants, school cafeteria kitchens, park concessions, and other places that have commercial kitchens and serve food.

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- At the end of each week, the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) releases its list of food service establishment inspections for that week. The establishments include restaurants, school cafeteria kitchens, park concessions, and other places that have commercial kitchens and serve food.

Here are the inspections from June 10 to 14 reported by the NYSDOH divided up by critical violations, non-critical violations, and no violations. You can find a list of all restaurant inspections for the last several years on the NYSDOH website.

Critical violations

Brasserie Benelux, 390 Broadway in Saratoga Springs

• Inspection date: June 12
• Violations:
  • Critical: Food from unapproved source, spoiled, adulterated on premises
  • Critical: Potentially hazardous foods are not kept at or below 45 degrees during cold holding, except smoked fish not kept at or below 38 degrees during cold holding
