The NDA government in Bihar plans to establish Special Investigation Teams (SITs) in each district, allowing them to shoot criminals carrying illegal arms in public. Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Dilip Kumar Jaiswal of the BJP made the statement in a viral video clip, allegedly stating that "No criminal will survive now."
