It’s been a little while since the closing day of the season at home to Blackpool, which served as a real celebratory occasion as some of the fans’ favourite players put on a spirited performance to cap off a difficult year for Reading.

However, there have been a plethora of footballers who can proudly say they’ve represented the Royals in the 2023/24 season. 39 to be exact, and some are looked upon less favourably than others now, but nevertheless they all feature in this quiz.

It’ll be tough to get them all, given that seven players only featured in a single game, so I hope your knowledge of our younger players is up to scratch.
