BJP bypassing parliamentary democracy, says Congress MP K Suresh on pro-tem Speaker issue

Congress MP Kodikunnil Suresh claimed he should have been appointed pro-tem Speaker based on LS rules and conventions as the senior most MP. He mentioned Maneka Gandhi and Veerendra Kumar as past examples of senior MPs not chosen.
