Putin Expects BRICS+ Forum of Cities to Kick-Start Promising Initiatives

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday expressed confidence that the BRICS+ International Forum of Cities hosted by the Russian city of Kazan will help launch new promising initiatives.
