Love Island’s Samantha hints that Joey Essex KNEW Grace was coming in the villa after shock comment
LOVE Island’s Samatha Kenny appeared to drop a huge hint Joey Essex knew ex Grace Jackson was entering the villa before she even stepped foot in the door.
The Liverpudlian lass, 27 – who was booted off the ITV2 matchmaking show last week – “slayed” on spin off series Aftersun last night according to fans.
Samantha spent two weeks coupled up with the former TOWIE star before Grace, 25, with whom he had had a previous connection on the outside world, stole him away in Secret Sleepover.
This led to the make-up artist sobbing on the daybeds claiming Joey “didn’t give a flying f**k” about her feelings.
After being dumped with Love Island in the next re-coupling ceremony she made sure to have the last word – blasting his apologies as “a load of s**t.”
Now the businesswoman, who has vowed to move to London, appears to have thrown Joey under the bus.
On Aftersun, she hinted Joey knew all too well his model ex would be a bombshell, leaving her feeling like a “placeholder.”
She then continued: “I had a chat with him one day where he literally said you never know who might come through the door.
“And I was like ‘oh, OK.’
“And that’s when I was like, my toes curled and I tensed up,” before she let out a huge sigh.
Fans put her comments and his behaviour together and suggested there was foul play involved.
One took to X to write: “Samantha just confirmed joey was expecting grace… GET THAT FRAUD COUPLE OUT OF HERE.”
A second put: “Samantha basically not so subtly said on After Sun that Joey knew Grace was coming in.”
A third mused: “Samantha basically said Joey told her Grace was coming in…” as one put: “Samantha hating on Grace more than Joey on aftersun is telling.”
Another mused: “Samantha saying on aftersun that Joey said, you don’t know who’s coming through those doors and made her feel like a placeholder. I mean, we all saw it too.”

We previously told how she was left “devastated” when her time in the villa was cut short, coupled with the hurt of Joey’s “betrayal.”
TROUBLE IN PARADISE
Meanwhile, there could well be trouble in paradise for Joey and Grace.
A preview clip for Monday’s episode shows Grace enjoying a hug with bombshell Konnor, who entered the villa with Matilda last week.
In their unexpected chat, Grace suggestively said to the hunk: “Is there anyone in here that you’d want to chat to that is in quite a secure couple.”
Konnor quipped back: “Yeah definitely.”
He then told the stunner: “Well, you being one of them.”
She coyly giggled as he added: “But it is the history you’ve got with Joey.”
She then admitted: “No-one in here is closed off and you are here for yourself.”
It remains to be seen if sparks fly between the duo.
It comes after fans called for Joey to be axed after he clashed with Omar over Grace.
A fix row was then sparked after Omar was booted out shortly afterwards.
