Investigations into the NEET-UG paper leak conspiracy reveal tech-savvy handlers operating a nationwide exam racket rooted in Bihar and Jharkhand. Nine handlers were arrested, orchestrating question paper leaks, training examinees, and ensuring secrecy. They posed as laborers, bribed insiders, and memorised answers with candidates. The handlers aimed to exploit system loopholes, evolving their methods over time, with three gangs suspected to be involved.
