High installation costs and lack of skilled labor are major barriers to rooftop solar adoption in India, according to a Luminous Power Technologies survey. Conducted with 4,318 respondents across five metros and eight non-metro cities, the survey revealed that 90% recognize the need for specialized skills, and 59% are concerned about high initial costs.
