Grainy CCTV ‘could be Jay Slater’ filmed 10 hours after his phone went off
There is some hope a grainy CCTV image could show missing Jay Slater’s location on Monday evening, 10 hours after his mobile phone last pinged.
No distinct features can be made out, but it shows what looks like a man walking near where someone claims to have seen Jay around that time. A source close to the family said: ‘It looks like him and is certainly a man’s shape but we just don’t know.’
His friends and family started a Gofundme after the 19-year-old from Lancashire, vanished on the Spanish island of Tenerife last Monday after attending NRG music festival.
