FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Happy Monday!
After a very hot week behind us, we cool off a bit to start the new workweek. For today, expect highs in the middle 80s, with much lower humidity, making it feel much more comfortable. We'll feel just a light wind today, and we'll see mainly sunny skies.
Then for Tuesday, we start the day mainly dry, with just an isolated shower chance. Humidity builds, so it will feel a bit more sticky out, with highs in the upper 80s to near 90. We'll then be tracking just a few spotty showers across the region, mainly during the afternoon and evening timeframe.
By Wednesday, we'll be looking at more widespread rain, and a few thunderstorms. We'll be fairly muggy out, with highs sticking in the upper 80s. Those showers then taper during the evening, leaving us with drier air for the end of the workweek.
Thursday will be comfortable, with lowered humidity, sunshine, and highs dropping back to the lower 80s.
Humidity remains comfortable Friday, with highs in the upper 80s. We'll then be tracking a few showers into the start of the weekend.
