He was ordered to pay a $757 fine and was given credit for time served following his arrest.
During the hearing, the victims told the court about the two-hour event that led to the arrest.
On June 2, the actor appeared on surveillance footage, shirtless, during the violent encounter at his neighbor’s South Carolina home, according to TMZ.
The neighbor was said to have appeared after the actor created a large dent in the glass of his car because of the weight.
It was said that the owner of the car yelled that his window had been “shattered,” according to local police.
However, the child star began walking back to his house and replied, “That sucks man, I’ll pay you back, I’m sorry, I’m gonna get you back,” according to local NBC affiliate WMBF.
The actor then appeared again at his neighbor’s house with a knife in his hand.
One victim recalled how he managed to follow her inside the home with the weapon still in his hand.
Her husband would later confront the actor while he was in the garage.
The neighbors told the court that they had called 911 three times on Guiry.
When the cops came, they saw Guiry standing in the middle of the road, where he was asking about the safety of his neighbor’s wife.
He was arrested on the scene after he admitted that he had been the one to cause the damage to the jeep.
DANGEROUS PAST
This is not the only run-in with the law that the Sandlot star has had.
In 2013, the actor was arrested after headbutting a police officer during a drunken dispute at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.
It was revealed that things went array for Guiry after he was flagged by United Airlines for being too drunk to fly, according to Houston police spokesman Victor Senties.
