LOVE Island fans are demanding two contestants are axed after the latest dumping.

Last night viewers watched Tiffany Leighton and Omar Nyame get their marching orders as the Islanders were forced to choose who should leave.

But if the power had been in the hands of the public, the result could have been very different.

Fans of the show believe Joey Essex and Grace Jackson should have left given they had a connection before the show and have seemingly found real love early in the series.

One person wrote on X: “Joey and Grace should’ve been dumped. They’ve already set on each other and found their happiness. It’s not fair when the others are in there to find someone?”

Another said: “I don’t understand why the group decided to keep Joey & Grace cos they have a good connection.

“They knew each other before, are clearly seriously into each other,I think that is the perfect reason to send them home, they have found love. Keep those that haven’t #loveisland.”

A third posted: “Cop out could of dumped Joey and Grace. They’ve found what they wanted.. “

The drama will be ramped up a notch in tonight’s show when the latest recoupling leaves some Islanders “really unhappy” in their new partnerships.

A source said: “The dust had barely settled after the dumping so the Islanders were shocked when a recoupling was announced.

“It’s thrown couples into chaos – some of the cast were really unhappy with the result.”

Sitting by the fire pit, Harriett Blackmore received a text.

She said: “Islanders, it’s now time to recouple. The girls will now pick which boys they’d like to couple up with. Konnor and Matilda as the newest arrivals you will get to pick first.”

As the recoupling began, one Islander’s decision left the villa shocked, with someone saying: “What the hell?”

ALL CHANGE

Last night Love Island host Maya Jama entered the villa to reveal the public had been voting for their favourite couples.

The presenter – dressed in a stunning orange net frock – told how Mimii and AyoNicole and Ciaran and Harriett and Sean were safe.

This then left left Tiffany and Ronnie, Jess and Omar, Grace and Joey and Uma and Wil vulnerable.

Maya told the group: “Only one boy and one girl will be dumped from the island today.

“And that decision will be made by the Islanders saved by the public.

“Safe Islanders you all have a big decision to make so please can you head to the mini fire pit to discuss it now.”

Dancer Harriett Blackmore – who herself has had a rocky ride in the villa – then told how the bunch had selected Tiffany and Omar to leave.

Love Island - latest dumpings

LOVE Island was rocked by a shock double dumping this weekend. Yet who left?

IT was woe for two bombshells Omar Nyame and Tiffany Leighton, both 25, who were evicted courtesy of their housemates.

Sunday’s double dumping saw the pair selected for failing to find lasting connections in the villa.

It came just hours after Tiffany had confessed there was “something missing” with Ronnie Vint.

Yet viewers threatened to call Ofcom when Omar was promptly booted out shortly after his spat with Joey Essex, 33.
