I am trying to get a number for Amazon so she can raise a complaint or even do it online but when I go try and complain about the product she ordered then it only offers refunds or replacements for the product. When I try the online chat option it does the same. She doesn't want a refund or replacement for the product
Anybody skilled in negotiating their website that can tell me where I need to go to get her to speak to somebody?
