Whacko tries to slice off man’s nose with a samurai sword for kissing kin: police

Police said Peter Michael Anthony Tighe flew off the handle when a man kissed a relative in a South Carolina convenience store parking lot -- so he tried to cut off his nose with a samurai sword.
