‘Decaying’ leather factory to be transformed as plan to 'enhance' building is approved

A proposal had been put forward by Second City Housing Ltd to convert Hatherton Works, in Leamore Lane, into 15 new flats and Walsall Council planning officers granted the ‘prior approval’ being sought.
