EU Agrees On Estonia's Kallas To Become Bloc's Top Diplomat: Sources

The European Union has agreed that Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas will become the bloc's new high representative for foreign affairs and security policy, taking over from Josep Borrell, sources told RFE/RL.
