Saturday night hit and run in Topeka

TOPEKA (KSNT) - A hit and run took place Saturday, June 29, leaving one person with stable and non-life-threatening injuries.

According to a press release from the Topeka Police department, around 9:53 p.m., in the 1100 block of Southwest 6th Avenue, a car hit a pedestrian.

Officers later found the vehicle involved in the 3800 block of Southwest 38th Terrace, and brought the driver of the vehicle into custody.
