Paris (Taylor’s Verison) is not ready for Simone Biles. She secured her spot on the U.S. women’s gymnastics team for the third time over the weekend after competing in the Olympic Trials and will head to France for the Summer Olympics. She performed her floor routine to Taylor Swift’s “Ready For It,” with Swift supporting her from across the pond. “Watched this so many times and still unready. She’s ready for it tho,” replied Swift to a video of the performance. Swift has been a huge support of Biles over the years; she paid tribute to her during the Tokyo Summer Olympics when she faced scrutiny after withdrawing from competition.

Biles and her teammates, Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey, and Hezly Rivera, will head to Paris later this month to compete for the gold (rush). Maybe this will be enough of a push for Swift to announce Reputation (Taylor’s Version); Team USA could use some new pump-up tracks. In the meantime, they can hopefully find inspiration in Tortured Poets songs for their future routines; any takers for “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart”?
