Cellphone of missing Chicago woman found in Bahamas as her mother asks U.S. for help

The cellphone of Taylor Casey has been located in the Bahamas, authorities said Tuesday as the mother of the missing 41-year-old Chicago woman calls on the United States to take over the investigation.
