- The Mariners have inked right-hander Chris Devenski to a one-year deal and optioned him to Tacoma, just about a week after their shelling of him in Tampa forced the Rays to DFA and release him.
- Gregory Santos has officially embarked on a rehab assignment!
Mariners reliever Gregory Santos, who has been injured all season, is expected to pitch an inning for Tacoma tonight as he works his way back.

- After a rough first half of the season, infielder Tim Anderson has been DFA’d by the Marlins.
